Personal training in boxing: one to one with a coach, at a time you agree on. Good for beginners, for anyone with a bout coming up, or if Tuesdays and Thursdays don't work for you.
Omie's Gym is a volunteer boxing club in Hønefoss, founded in autumn 2023 and listed in the Norwegian Register of Non-Profit Organisations.
In its registered purpose, the club says it wants to bring young people and adults together in an active community, and to build bridges between people (our translation).

Yes. Private sessions are personal training in boxing: one to one with a coach, at a time you agree on. Time and price are agreed before the first session.
Free training on Sunday from 13.00, with no set programme. Work on whatever you want, alone or with a training partner.
Boxing is a combat sport, often counted among the martial arts. You strike with your fists only, in gloves, and train punches, defence and footwork.
